Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Sub-processor DPAs: We have taken steps to ensure that RxPhoto customer data is secure by signing data processor agreements with each of our sub-processors. A list of sub-processors can be provided upon request. To obtain a DPA from RxPhoto, email email@example.com, to receive your DPA by email.
Data Security: RxPhoto forces and redirects incoming traffic to the secure HTTPS version of RxPhoto.com. This will ensure proper encryption, both in transit and at rest, of the data collected on RxPhoto pages, using the latest protocols and ciphers.
